Had three interviews:
- First with a HR officer, this was mainly to get acquainted with the company and to introduce yourself
- Second with the HR officer and an operational manager which was a little more technical but not too much
- Third interview was eventually the contract offer

Are you ready to spend extended periods of time abroad for projects?
They gave us a case study to prepare.
We presented it and then they asked 3 questions. I answered 2 questions of my team correctly.
Later I learned that people who did not open their mouths got a job offer.
Disappointed by the criteria.

Spontane sollicitatie, telefonisch. Ze vroegen waarom je bij deme wou werken en waarom deme voor jou uitsteekt boven andere gelijkaardige bedrijven. School jezelf met de huidige projecten zodat je hierover kan meepraten.

2 gesprekken via teams: 1 met HR, 1 met director van branch
Alle gesprekken zijn ongeveer hetzelfde waarbij er vooral gevraagd wordt naar de reden dat met voor DEME kiest, geen technische vragen gekregen.
