1 interview with HR to discuss the role and candidate expectations and 2 interviews with the manager, first one was technical questions about the role and the next one was about the role requirements and company expectations. It was in a friendly and easygoing atmosphere, the questions were not difficult. The process took 4 months till getting the offer. The only attitude they must improve is most of the time they do not answer emails and phone calls when asking for feedback.
