Internet contact with HR, a brief phone interview with HR. Took a one hour written electronics technical test (no notes, phone or calculator permitted). Had a 45 minute face to face interview with management. Was given a tour of some of the facilities. Brief description of their work, and needs as an employer. Some promises as to what I would be doing, if hired. An offer was by HR via telephone a couple of days later.
