The first two interviews went well. The first interview I took the test and passed it and then I met with a hiring manager in the second interview. Got a verbal offer, but the recruitment manager needed to discuss with the team. Eventually, they wanted me to do another interview with their engineer to evaluate my experience. I could tell the engineer didn't feel it with me. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with my disability! After that, I sent a follow-up email just to get a response that the hiring managers decided to not move forward with my application! I was super confused because they made me redo the test, and I thought they wanted me! Turns out the whole process of the interview was crappy because they never provided the pay rate for me and wasted my time doing all these tests and interviews, and they completely ghosted me after I sent the email asking for feedback. Looking at the other reviews, I can understand why many had a negative experience.

Technical quiz of 1hr (they are not mcqs and are very time-consuming so you have to work fast) and more technical questions with project engineer for the next step. Received offer in 2 weeks. Offer was low 20s per hour for a full time graduate, what a joke.
