Went in face resume, didn’t meet requirements. Waste of time. Shouldn’t of asked for interview when resume stated work skills. Had complete test I had no idea about. Disappointed in recut process. Unrealistic expectations.

If I could be a supervisor and if I was a general contractor
Firstly over phone then called for interview . Interviewer asked me to draw technical circuit diagrams etc and explain how circuits worked. We then discussed the company and how much I wanted. I said the going rate and got a call the next day to start.
