Very uncomfortable interview. HR talked more about the CEO and his personality then about the actual job. Kept repeating how I would have to get along with the CEO in order to get a job here. "He will know the minute he meets you". Even my references said that it was more of a spiel on the boss and his personality rather then asking about my past work ethic.
