Phone interviews with questions over my CV and behavioral questions when facing different situation. Very generic questions and is rather casual in terms of the formality. Nothing really challenging. Prepare for the questions to ask in advance

Their recruitment staff reached out to me via LinkedIn. Passed the initial HR interview, then I was interviewed by the person who had the role I'm interviewing for. She clearly didn't have any experience interviewing for the position as I was just basically asked for my experience relevant to the role. Interview lasted for just 10-15 minutes. Next interview was with the Department Head. Interview lasted for an hour. After that, no further communication. I just found out a few weeks later that they are hiring for that Department Head position and are still hiring for the position I applied for.
