Applied online. Received a date for an interview, The interview was canceled day of- ok maybe it was a busy day. Followed up a week later and recruiter was 10 minutes late to call, again I was being understanding. When he finally called and we got to start talking- the questions were easy, got to know the company and gave my background. Everything felt good. Then I was told there will be an assessment test. I get it, you want someone to fit into the company culture. However, the test was 50 questions, 12 minutes consisting of math and english problems- finding solutions, solving problems, similar synonyms, etc. So basically, in 12 minutes, you need to answer 4 questions a minute. I finished most of it, but didnt complete it. I emailed back that I took the assessment and was told my candidacy would be moving forward. But havnt heard since.
