On or around May 15, 2014 I had a phone interview, 2 weeks later a face interview, finally after an additional 2 weeks I had an offer. I was also subject to a background and drug screening.

I submitted my resume to HR department and did a phone interview followed by personal interview locally with District Sales Manager. Everyone was very nice and professional and got the job done.
