Through a recruiter, I was able to get a virtual interview. There were 6 people on the interview panel and a short introduction to everyone and an overview of my experience, career, and skills. Then I was interviewed by the lead engineer. He asked very technical questions and I answered them well. After that I had another round of group discussions about the company, location, work culture, projects, position, expectations, etc. The majority of the group was warm and friendly but two were obviously working on something else and never turned their microphones on.
