1st interview was a phone call. 2nd interview was face to face. I was dressed up professionally, they were not. We went back and forth on questions. Was told that I would receive a personality test email the next day. Did not. Followed up and was told the following week. Never got the email. I followed up with the person that interviewed me. Person never replied.
