There are 4 stages in this interview. The first is phone call. Basically the HR will tell you what you can expect from this job and you have to reply to them either you’re interested or not. Second stage is online interview, in my case the interviewer is people you will work with basically they’re just your superior who’s interested to get to know you and your work personality like is it match with their work culture. The process in second stage is quite chill and they won’t ask you technical questions just some motivation and behaviour questions.
The third stage is quite challenging since it is a group interview and they will email you a case study a week prior to the interview. Here’s the breakdown:
1. Discussion on the emailed case study in a breakout room. Basically u need to discuss the key success of the case study and how it applied to supply chain. Discussions around 10-15 mins.
2. The breakout room closed. The panels will ask to summarize the findings on the case study. Each group will have 1 representative to present the findings. You have to fight to speak for your group. The panels want to see your competitiveness.
3. 10 mins break. During this break a panel will email the 2nd case study. This case study is easier and more fun than the first one.
4. The panels will give you few minutes for you to do the task individually.
5. The breakout room open, all the candidates need to achieve concussions based on the case study.
6. The case study is to determine you suit to work independently or in team.
7. The breakout room closed, the panels will ask regarding the case study.
8. The floor is open, the panels ask about supply chain and whats your interest in the field.
9. Q&A session between the candidates and panels
The last stage is the interview with their big bosses. I’m not sure what kind of questions they will ask but probably anything related to your leadership and management skills.
