The process took around 4 weeks from the day I applied. I was at the final stage of the process where we were only a handful of candidates left. My interview took more than 2 hours. It was extremely thorough and in-depth. I was asked a lot of personal and professional questions. I also had to do Excel exercises during the interview, the hiring manager was watching me while I was doing them. In the end I received a very friendly and informative email telling me why they have chosen the other candidate instead of me. By far the most professional interview process I have ever had with a company.
