Interview process was smooth, included a total of 3 rounds. 1st with HR, 2nd with HM, and 3rd Technical. Whole process took more than 4 weeks. After the HR round, I had to wait for nearly 2 weeks to hear back from them. Once the last round was completed, I didn't receive any communication from HR in spite of following up with them twice. The least DHL recruiters could do is inform the candidates about DHL's decision whether positive or negative. Doesn't seem fair to take 3 rounds of interview over a period of a month and then not even let them know your decision.
