The interview process was like all the others. I had to do an online application and then an online assessment. Afterwards I had a phone interview with one of the people from the HR team. I never heard back from them and when I asked about the further process after three weeks had passed I received and E-Mail saying I was "probably" not invited for the final Assessment center. One week later I then received the automated E-Mail saying I was not invited. All seemed very unprofessional and disapointing.
