I applied in January and got called two weeks later for an interview. There were two rounds of interviews. I was not able to attend face-to-face so both two interviews were conducted online via Skype. The entire process is in English and knowledge of German is not required.

3. Vorstellungsgespräch vor Ort mit 2 weiteren Mitarbeitern vom Team
4. Praktikumsangebot
Fragen zu bisherigen Erfahrungen, Fähigkeiten (Sprachen, PowerPoint, Excel), Kenntnissen in Marketingwerkzeugen und sozialen Medien sowie Kenntnissen in DHL-Produkten (wie Packstation usw.). Sei vorbereitet, die gesamte Marketing- und Kommunikationsstrategie der Deutschen Post/DHL zu besprechen, wie du sie verstehst. Keine Teste wurden gegeben.
