Kennenlerntermin mit HR ca. 30min gefolgt von 2,5 stündigen Fachgespräch mit dem Vorgesetzten, HR und einer weiteren fachfremden Personen zum Schluss gab es noch ein einstündiges finales Gespräch um den Vertrag zu finalisieren und letzte Modalitäten zu klären.
