The Human Resources Manager and the General Manager both came to the high school to give a presentation about their company and their opportunities. After that you scheduled a tour of the facility of the warehouse to see what they are all about. After I passed my drug test I was all set to go, just had to wait until the next training session. There was no formal interview.

Two managers interviewed me at the north Las Vegas location, I answered the questions thoroughly, I have been operating a forklift for years so I have solid experience in a warehouse and similar work environments. I have a strong work ethic and I know for a fact I can work circles around those two, I was not given the opportunity to join the team which is weird because I always see an add that they’re hiring at that location. I feel like they discriminated against the way I look I am overly qualified for that position and I was not treated fairly
