Reached out by a principal. Normal questions and asked to walk through my resume. One math problem in the end. Didn't feel respect from the interviewer. Not a good experience.
My first interview was a great experience. The interviewer was friendly and asked thoughtful questions about my background and resume. It felt like a genuine conversation. Unfortunately, the second-round process was frustrating. The interview was rescheduled twice after we had already agreed on a time, and it was eventually canceled without any apology or effort to reschedule. The lack of communication was disappointing and left a negative impression.

A 30-minute interview. Basically focused on the resume and details of past experiences, and a brain teaser question. Ws told that there would be two more rounds of interview if I passed the first one. Completely ghosted afterwards.
