1st interview was fine, all the required information provided in a nice way for 20 minutes Then the client sent a tech test, that included multiple criterias, I got evaluated quite good in first look, after spending more time to address some of the comments, it took them almost 2 weeks to be rejected because one of the criterias was not met. Asking candidate to spend more time on a tech test, when the criteria used to reject him could have been detected fast, is a wast of time on both sides
