Applied online and was called for an interview about 2 days later. Had an in-person interview with the front end manager, and then the store manager on the same day. Also had to take some sort of skills test. Was called back a couple of hours after the interview and offered a job and started working the very next day.

Phone Interview. Straight forward. Asked to descibed myself and what skills i have that can help with the role. Whole interview took 30 min. Waited a few days until i got a response in by email.

Very relaxed, casual, be prepared to be asked about your strengths and your weaknesses. Recommended to dress up in button up, will ask if you have competed in any sports growing up.
