First there was an over the phone "interview" that basically asked when you would be available to come in, then there is an interview with the store manager, then a group interview where you are required to "sell" an item.

Interview was nice and relaxed. Pretty much asked about your work history and what interests you as a person. Very easy going and was hired a couple of days later.
