The interview process is usually a three step process for the part time sales associate role. The first phase is applying online thru an application on the DSG website. The second phase is the initial phone call screening. The third phase is the in-person interview with an assistant manager and department manager you will directly be working with.

was very easy simple questions asked mainly about availability and sports/ fitness overall very easy and not stressful or awkward very easy overall manager was great and very informal and helpful and friendly and nice

After getting a message to come to the store for an interview, went in and had a conversation with a manager, a couple situational questions, nice and smooth interview process and interviewers all around.

Compared to other interviews, I think it was pretty easy. I've had some pretty tough interviews in my day though so that could be why I think that. I would recommend.
