Very easy, went in and sat down in a small office with one manager, usually your department manager, and simple interview questions to get to know you, your experience in your department, how you can be of value, etc. Brought a resume from my racing experience but the manager didn't even ask or care that I had it. Hiring manager was a young male so it wasn't hard to get along and "hit it off" with a young male manager (im a male) who likes the same sports as you

Very informal and friendly. Felt like a casual conversation. Dressed in a button up shirt and khakis and I was better dressed than the interviewer. Had a note pad with a list of questions. Felt like the they thought I was taking it seriously because I was asking questions.

First they have you take an "online survey" called The Orion. This is a timed multiple choice quiz to which they say "there are no right or wrong answers." The key to passing is to make strong decisions that are polar in opinions. No wishy washy it depends stuff. And obviously moral questions should be addressed with the greatest "good" response. After this, there is a 15 minute interview with the person who would be your immediate manager. Basic questions- 3-5 regarding your customer service experience, 3-5 regarding your involvement in sports and or your chosen position being applied for (if you're going to bikes it'll be about bikes, if you're going to golf it'll be about golf, etc). Very standard. If you pass that, they'll call you back for an interview with the store manager which is mostly formality; you'd have to seriously blow it to not get hired at this point. No drug testing or background checks unless your position will be in management.
