I was called on the phone by the store manager for an interview over the phone and they basically wanted to ask a few questions about me to see if I would be a good candidate for the position available and then I was asked to come in for an interview with the store manager later that day and was hired right on the spot due to my experience in footwear previously.

Received a call from the Administrative Assistant, scheduled a formal interview at the Store Location. In-store interview was very fast, hired on the spot, started a week or so later.
