Was very simple, asked the basics, and gave some customer scenarios. I recommend prepping some extreme scenarios on how you would de-escalate a customer situation. I personally didn't dress up too heavy/professional, wore a button-up and some jeans, the people in line were in shorts, but also depends on location.
