started with application on line and a test. I got a call from some sort of recruiter about 2-3 weeks later and answered some basic questions. Then they had me meet with a manager who asked some of the same questions and others about customer service, what motivates me. seem like standard questions, because they have a printed packet and write a lot of notes.
