Interview process was relatively straightforward. Had a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Soon after was asked to come in person for a live interview. In person interview was with current department management. Style was more conversational than question and answer. Felt like they were fair and open about the good and bad of the company.

There were no difficult interview questions, however there were a series of assessment tests taken online and on-site after the interview sessions. The tests were technical, analytical and behavioral and very extensive. My understanding after being hired is that these tests go a long way in determining if you get hired, so don't take them lightly.

I had a phone interview with recruiter. It lasted almost 15 minutes. Questions were about my past experience and my role in the process of internal audit. After that I had the aptitude tests. As I know the process is quite long and it takes time.
