Disgusting. applied way back in Dec 2019. got a call from HR representative in March 2020. 5 min call. Asked me to complete a questionnaire. Dont know how can a questionnaire judge a candidate with 20 yrs of experience. Waited for 2 weeks. no response. just happened to check my account. It said Not selected. Wish they had the basic etiquette to atleast send an email.
Seemed it was just a namesake interview process. They already has a candidate selected and my interview seemed a formalilty

The whole hiring process took more than a month. I had 4 interview rounds and an assessment. Assessment focuses on maths and problem solving skills. Then there's an interview with the Hiring Manager, one more interview by other team members, a panel interview with 3 4 members and finally there's a Bar raiser interview by a leader from other team.

A little informal. Asking some technical and non technical. I don’t have the Agile experience for what I think they wanted. This would have been for direct contacts not the higher ups.

I was interviewed by two Product Managers. The interview had a positive vibe and included many reasonable questions. The interviewers were respectful and friendly. I don’t know the results yet, but I finished in a good mood.
