First you go online to their site and pass a mental battery test. Completion is key, not accuracy. Then you must get 3 references to reply in email form. Then you have an interview with Installation manager. You must come off as excited, capable of using hand tools and ladders and care about safety. Setting and achieving goals are a must.
The work place and managers appear to be very methodical with question and expectations of responses to all questionable activities and behaviors you perform. All operations are managed down to the minute so appearing focused, reasoned, sharp, clean, timely and responsible are key.
