The screen call was fairly straightforward. They spent time to time explaining their hiring process for college students and really tried to sell it. Since they hire for several departments, come prepared to explain which department would be the best fit and why.
Big Interview has a multitude of features that are great for preparing for interviews in a myriad of different industries. The vast question library sorted by industry, competency and other categories is extremely helpful for creating customized interview sets with ease. Furthermore, I have found the questions to be quite relevant and current with today's industry and social trends.

Met with the company at a career fair at my university. Submitted my resume and a video cover letter. After making it through that round, I was invited for a short in person interview a few days later on campus.
