Started with a call with recruiter, followed by a SAT like assessment. After passing, a call with hiring manager. Followed by two more assessments. After passing, a call with two team members. Followed by an interview with the VP. After 3 assessments and 4 interviews, I received an automated message rejecting me. The recruiter couldn’t be bothered to let me know. Candidates who put this much time into the process deserve better.
