I have received an email to schedule a phone call after 10 days from applying. Completed the phone call, it was very casual and received two assessments, completed them on the same day. The recruiter said I moved to the next round and had a call with the Team manager. The call with the team manager went great and I was told I will be contacted about the next steps. After this, there was no further communication, they ghosted and never replied to numerous emails for weeks, I feel they do not even have the courtesy to tell status when you invest time in applications.
