Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto più di una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso DISH (Englewood, CO) nel mese di ago 2012
Colloquio
HR interviewed me with a few basic questions to understand my background and education. Then I came in for an on-site interview with the hiring manager and coworker. The questions were on topic and relevant to the position. They were unable to answer any questions outside of their own department and were hesitant to discuss company culture.
After 20 minutes of questioning the interviewers and me realized that the HR recruiter advertized a different job description with a significantly higher pay range than was actually being offered. The position was much more junior than the recruiter presented.

Colloquio
I applied another position on DISH career website. An HR contacted me saying that position was fulfilled but proposed me another one, and ask me if Im interested. I said yes, and he made an appointment right away in the early next week. In the meantime, he sent out an email with interview time and steps, along with manager's name.
On-site interview:
First, 2 IQ/logical testing. In total 1h30 mins
Then, group interview with 2 managers and a developer. They asked A LOT questions about the position, as well as technical questions (SQL, UNIX...)
Last, 1-1 interview with big boss. Nothing special.
Got the call the next day after the interview, they would like to proceed to the next step. Talked about salary with HR, he told me my expect salary was above their range, so he needed an approval from the internal team. I said ok and waited for another week, and got the offer which matches my expectation.
