Applied through a job board. There was 4 rounds of interview 1. HR call(30 Mins) 2.Recruiting Manager interview(30 mins) 3. Watson-Glaser & SHL assessment 4. Panel Interview(1 Hour) After going through these many rounds HR called me to negotiate the salary. There was no formal salary discussion. She just called me and said, “this is a what the max we can provide” and along with it there was more surprise 1. No relocation assistance 2. No Sign-On bonus 3. No yearly Bonus(only profit sharing, that too as a dish shares into 401k) 4 . No flexibility(Day 1 on-site, hard to get WFH) After seeing these benefits I should be senseless to accept this offer. So declined it :)
