My interviewer Dale was professional yet still managed to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process as he could see I was nervous. He diligently interviewed me, he asked me questions about my work experience but he did it in a way that made my experience feel human rather than feeling robotic. He ensured me that The dish team is family oriented yet serious about representing the company which is an awesome place to work and be. I became more excited to join the Dish team after speaking with Dale. Thank you.

The interview was done online and lasted about 30 minutes. The recruiter was gracious, professional, and very easy to talk to. She had a lot of information to discuss, which is good as she was thorough in making sure I, as a candidate, knew what I was getting into. So, communication and honesty were emphasized, which helped me in making my decision. Most of the interview was reviewing DISH culture and policies and ensuring I understood them. She then asked approximately 3 situational questions and a few relatively personal questions to get to know more about my personality. They weren't difficult questions, but should be answered in STAR format. I believe one of them was about learning a new skill and applying it in the context of customer service. This interview was one of the better ones that I have experienced in my life, so I don't really have anything negative or critical to say.
