Initial Interview, then interview with hiring manager, then some online assessments, then panel interview, then references and another interview with hiring manager. They essentially required me to ask my current manager for a reference without giving me any offer. They also dragged out this interview process over a span of 3 months and the HR team did respond to any emails or requests for feedback for 4 weeks in the middle of the interview process. The lack of communication was extremely unprofessional.
