The hiring process began with a recruiter call that included a mix of behavioral and technical questions related to the role. After passing the HR round, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was more conversational and focused on getting to know me as a person, and behavioral questions. The next stage was a panel-style technical interview with the hiring manager and a staff engineer. It included a deep dive into my resume, discussions around past experience, and some whiteboard-style coding questions. Before this round, I was also asked to complete a few assessments. Overall, the process was very structured, and the recruiters were responsive throughout. Although I didn’t get the position, I really enjoyed my discussion with the hiring manager, and felt it would have been a great team to be part of.

Most unprofessional interview setup and very bad coordination. Interviews keep getting cancelled and rescheduled. Interviewers don t show up. Unnecessary tests that are not relevant to job. Take too much time to get back (still waiting for a response). Pay less and do not want to negotiate
