Technical Interview – This round focused on assessing my core technical skills. The questions were fairly straightforward, covering fundamental concepts relevant to the role.
Case Study – I was presented with a scenario where I had to demonstrate my problem-solving and analytical abilities. The emphasis was on structuring my approach, applying logic, and communicating my thought process clearly.
Behavioral Interview – This round was designed to evaluate my soft skills, cultural fit, and past experiences. I was asked situational questions that highlighted how I work in teams, handle challenges, and manage priorities.
VP Round – The final discussion with the Vice President was conversational in nature. It focused on my career aspirations, alignment with the company’s vision, and how I could contribute to long-term goals.

Colloquio
The interview process started with an initial recruiter call, where they provided a general overview of the role and answered questions. This was followed by a 45-minute technical interview, which focused on my previous projects and some technical questions.
Afterward, I completed three assessments:
Test 1: Assessed deductive, inductive, and numerical reasoning.
Test 2: Evaluated how well my values align with DISH's core values.
Test 3: Measured my ability to learn from experience, problem-solve, think abstractly, and comprehend complex ideas.
Following the tests, I was assigned two take-home projects, for which I had 1-2 weeks to complete and present.
The final stage consisted of two additional rounds:
A 30-minute Vice President interview.
A 30-minute behavioral interview.
Overall, the process was thorough and well-structured, focusing on both technical skills and cultural fit.

In-depth details about my projects, especially focusing on the business metrics I was driving and how I approached problem-solving.
Questions around ARIMA and SARIMA models, specifically how to determine the parameters p, d, and q.
They also asked about various machine learning models, testing my understanding of their use cases, advantages, and limitations.
