The Recruiter was organized and handled setting up the interview date/times and meeting invitations. I had a 30-min. phone interview with the Director of Marketing then had an hour long virtual interview the following week with members of the Marketing team. Everyone was professional and friendly.

I was asked to explain my process of responding to RFP/RFQs.

Colloquio
I applied online for the Marketing Coordinator role at DKS. The first step was a call with the Director of Marketing. The call went well. Within a week, I received a request for a video interview with the Director of Marketing and a couple members of the Marketing Team. While I unfortunately had some technical difficulties, I felt the overall conversation went well.
I followed up a couple times after the interview and, now, a few weeks later, still haven’t heard back. At this point, I’m assuming I didn’t get the role. I enjoyed speaking with the team and this seems like a great company to work and grow with.
My only feedback to improve the process would be on the side of recruiter communication. Recruiter emails come from from an obscure email address, which cause some (not all) messages to go to my junk mail. After I discovered this, I began checking my junk mail but it did make me look unprepared when there was a last minute scheduling change that I missed due to this. Also, I wish I had received any kind of update after my follow ups. Even just to know my message had been received.
