Step 1 you receive an email for a digitital interview with Hireview and you download the app with 7 questions that takes about 25 min. It is a little awkward because you wonder if your looking directly in the camera while being recorded Step 2 after you complete it you get another email to complete an assessment that’s about an hour to an hour and a half. Your not told ahead of time what Microsoft office programs will be on it so you have to know Word, Excel, PowerPoint like the back of your hand which I never use excel that much on my job and only used PowerPoint once in college so your blindsided. FYI if your computer causes a mistake and your not able to complete a portion and you email them for assistance they do not respond Step 3 you receive an email stating you were not chosen to move to the next step Overall I’ve taken their digital interviews several times and once never got a response when I followed up. Advice to the hiring team would be to restructure your interview process and maybe switch to a phone screen so people speak to s live person, and if you want to move forward then invite them in person. The way your interview process is states you don’t have to waste time meeting someone instead they can interview at home and you can decide if you want to meet them or not. Everyone is busy, but time can be made to meet candidates in person. From reading prior reviews they feel the same way and I have witnessed they are accurate almost no one got an offer, you could be loosing out on quality employees

started with a Skype interview. That was followed by a few tests and then eventually was brought in for a face to face. They evaluated me fairly quickly and was offered a job within a few business days.
