The initial interview was through a program called Hirevue (digital interviews). Per Hirevue, the interview was for an Intake Specialist opening. The mismatched job titles raised a red flag, so I reached out to customer service who gave me the contact information for the recruiter. I emailed the recruiter who informed me that the opening was for an Intake Specialist and that "Research Specialist" was posted for recruiting purposes. While I appreciate the prompt response from the recruiter, it was ludicrous. Had I known the correct title for the job, I would not have wasted my time.
