The interview process will consist of a phone interview or screen and eventually followed by onsite interview(s). The onsite interview could probably consist of either two separate on-site interviews or two on the same day depending on the availability. DLL was VERY SLOW in providing timely feedback in regards to the interview process. This review isn't based on the lack of an offer but rather the amount of time that was spent during the process and it was 2 months. It was symbolic of the trend of "ghosting" where applicants are left virtually hanging and without a firm response on your candidacy. As an example, I had to repeatedly email and reach out to the Talent Acquisition to receive an update and weeks surpassed without no response.
