met with the chairman for the interview, he asked basic questions, show him portfolio and ask for some background information then talked about his office projects he's done through his office, since he had floor to ceiling windows with a full panoramic view of hong kong. He literally just pointed out which once were done by him.
Then he will personally show you around the office. Very nice man
