I applied online and received a call in the next day. It was a serious phone interview 20 minute long, talking about my experiences, what motivates me, what I expect from a company and schedule a in person interview. The in person interview was not a interview. 3 people in a room listening the president saying how the company is sucessful and fun. They don't care about your resume because everyone goes on the same training process, so you have to prove your work. They said they would call selected people back for a second interview.
