Regular interview process as in any company. On fist call was general question (Where did you work, what kind of projects was done).
Second interview was technical.
Third was about expected salary.
The interview process was all question based. Object oriented programming fundamentals and clean code best practices are very important for success in passing the interviews. Furthermore people skills and business skills are nice, but the tech skills are must have.
required 1.5 years experience having knowledge of Java, DSA, OOPS, Spring Concepts with theory and practical implementation. Hiring was for SAP Hybris project which they told that they will provide basic training.
