2 Interviews are done. The first is very basic. The second they ask you more situational questions. Just come prepared and it will be fine. I would recommend coming prepared with info on the company as well

It's been a while, but the last impression I had wasn't a great one. Did a couple of interviews and the last one was with the CEO. He seemed quite friendly, but by surprise, he invited the Director (at the time) and he just sat quietly in the background while she grilled me. Was not a pleasant experience as it felt like her mind was made up before even meeting me; very condescending. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I think the feeling was mutual to not move forward.

Applied LinkedIn, phone interview, in person for final interview. More of a skills based interview, very friendly hiring manager for position. Asked if I would enjoy the work I would be doing after analyzing a report, which was very interesting and helpful
