Pretty straight forward. Semi-structured. Went through many of the traditional interview questions like "what are your strengths", "tell me about a challenge you faced in your prior work and how you solved it".

Semi easy interview. Went through a HH so didn’t have to manage the process too much. Pretty straight forward. Lovely place and people so nothing to pick on. Only had to leave because of a personal geo move.

Colloquio
Group case interview with 7 other candidates, brain treasers etc. Very basic stuff, where the interviewers (three of them) were looking for candidates that could handle group dynamics and was able to adapt to the rest of the group.
Then some group discussions regarding ethics, where they basically laid out different scenarios one might find one self in as an employer, and they want to know how you would deal with those situations (insider information etc)
Next round was one-on-one interviews with managers and seniors, mostly regarding CV and learning about one another

"Your personality test defined you as somewhat selfish, why is that?"
Basically, the test is designed so that every candidate will score poorly in at least one category. The test is not regarded as very important for your end score
