Process consisted of 1 round of interviews at the local office. The interview was a round-robin style and lasted for 3 hours. Each mini-interview lasted 30 minutes, some with newer employees, some with upper level management, some with HR, and some as groups. Each person/team had a different topic to interview me about so it was not repetitive. I received a call about an offer about 1 week after.

Was interviewed for a couple of rounds. Great company, not too difficult questions. A lot of personal growth and value, career expectations versus skill type questions. Focuse on yourself for the best fit for whichever team you get.

It was pretty casual they asked the typical interview questions. They were really fast to set up an interview. They respond quickly after the interview unlike some other companies.

The interview was formal. The interviewers were keen on listening and gave ample opportunity to speak. The interview was about 15-20 mins long. The results were verbally declared within a week.
