The interview was informal. They asked about my experience and asked general HR questions such as what are my weaknesses. There was no technical element. I got offered the job within a week of the interview.

3 step interview process.
First a general phone interview.
Second a in person test questions were university style exam questions which were a bit outdated.
Finally a further technical interview with process manager

Applied online and I was contacted in a few days. There was a candidate screen by HR and one interview with the manager. The first screen was done over the phone and the manager interview through webex. Overall was a good experience.
